Last Friday night Ryan and Carter performed in "Jack and the Beanstalk." It was an afterschool class they have participated in for the last 12 weeks and we were excited to see them perform. We were surprised to hear Ryan sing a solo as the conman who tricks Jack out of his gold. Who knew Ryan could do that? Carter was a cute farmer who made a silent bargain with Jack to trade the cow for some gold. I had to threaten him to wear those overalls because he thought he looked silly. I told him it was sillier to be a farmer without them - and he did look cute! We were definitely proud of our boys.
